Novapak, a leading company in the distribution and marketing of packaging materials, needed to improve the way it followed up with its prospects. To do so, they decided to initiate the digital transformation of their business, implementing Salesforce's Sales Cloud. After a while, they realized that they were not exploiting the full potential of Sales Cloud, so they approached us again to learn what other Salesforce tools they could implement and take their business to the next level. Their main goal was to organize and align all areas, as previously only sales people had access to information, and if they left the company, they took it with them.

To continue with the transformation, they decided to implement: Analytics in order to analyze all the data dumped on the platform, Pardot to strengthen their B2B Marketing strategy, and Maps to visualize and achieve a timely follow-up for each of their nine stores. In addition, proprietary systems were integrated to centralize all the company's information and activities on a single platform.

With this project, Novapak seeks to correctly analyze what is sold, what is not and to whom, what is the actual number of leads captured and whether they are properly followed up. In addition, they seek to increase the profitability of their product categories, as well as improve sales and make their stores more profitable.
