Avanza Seguro Achieves Business Transformation with Salesforce and ETC
Avanza Seguro Consultores, a company dedicated to the intermediation of all types of insurance (Savings, Life, Major Medical Expenses, Property, Auto, Group, etc.), had a clear objective: to improve internal management to take the company to the next level and thus offer a first class service to all its customers.
Together with Salesforce, the No. 1 CRM solution in the world, and ETC as an implementation partner, they took that long-awaited step with the implementation of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Avanza Seguro solved their challenges and transformed their business significantly.
Avanza Seguro, both for individual clients as well as for companies, sought to provide timely follow-up to each of their clients, from professionalizing the sales stages to improving the collection and service processes.
Their main challenge was the lack of a “formal administration” to keep a record of all activities so that all team members could visualize them and thus know at what stage of the process each client is in. They were also interested in obtaining key metrics that would give them a deeper understanding of their business.
To ensure that they met their main objective, they selected Sales Cloud and Service Cloud from Salesforce, star solutions for customer follow-up and post-sales, reducing the exchange of emails, measuring and optimizing response times, balancing opportunities and sales, as well as achieving better control of procedures, claims, among other things. In addition to this, they decided to implement Marketing Cloud to improve their marketing strategy and finally opted to use Tableau, a tool that has allowed them to obtain key insights to continue growing their business and also provide a better service to all their customers.
